Familiarize Yourself with Our Fishing Trip Rules & Regulations

We’re committed to making your fishing adventure both safe and unforgettable. Before you set sail with us, please take a moment to review the detailed trip information and familiarize yourself with any state-specific rules or regulations. Preparation today ensures smooth sailing tomorrow!

  • non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve your trip.  Credit Card or PayPal options are available on our booking form.  
  • The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon completion of the trip, unless other arrangements are made.  
  • Our Captain reserve the right to adjust trip date and/or time due to dangerous weather, flooding, or river conditions.  
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • All cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the reservation.  Failure to do so will result in a loss of deposit. 
  • In the event that the caption must cancel your trip, we will gladly reschedule the trip at our earliest availability.  
  • Our Captain’s reserve the right to adjust trip date and/or time due to dangerous weather, flooding, or river conditions.
  • Our Captain’s reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a reservation due to any unforeseen issues concerning emergency situations or safety issues pertaining to your reservation.
  • An additional charge of $150 per additional passenger will apply for trips exceeding two passengers up to a maximum of four passengers per trip. 
  • All legal sized spoonbill must be kept.
  • All spoonbill will be cleaned and processed once the trip is concluded
  • Please bring your own cooler.
  • Please refer to the Missouri Department of Conservation’s paddlefish rules and regulations by clicking here.
  • All necessary fishing equipment and bait will be provided.  
  • Ice and water will be available on the boat.

  • Appropriate apparel.  Please consider weather conditions prior to your trip.  
  • Bluecats Unlimited Guide Service practice CPR. Catch, Picture, and Release. This practice helps ensure that we are doing our part to maintain a healthy and thriving fishery for future generations of angler’s and enthusiast’s.
  • We do not clean catfish, only spoonbill.
  • On bluecat trips, if you would like to keep your catch it must be 10 pounds or less. Anything larger will be returned to the water.
  • On spoonbill trips, all legal size spoonbill will be cleaned. Please refer to the “Spoonbill Trip Information” for more details.
  • An unmatched experience fighting monster bluecat and spoonbill.
